Order a Blue Ridge Brutal Jersey
The Blue Ridge Brutal features three ride options: 50-mile, 75-mile and 100-mile. The Brutal is fully supported by SAG wagons, rest stops, mussette stops, Ham radio communication and fire and rescue squad. A hot meal, t-shirt and chip timing is included.
For a few hardy souls who want to challenge the mountain, the Brutal is offering the “Assault on Mount Jefferson.” This option is available at no extra cost, but due to Mount Jefferson State Park regulations, we can only offer it to twenty-five riders on a first come first basis. Please email linda@ashecountyarts.org to be added to the list. We will let you know if you are one of the twenty-five riders. All assault riders will be transported down the mountain.
Helmets are mandatory and all traffic regulations must be observed. No personal SAG wagons will be allowed. Blue Ridge Parkway Rangers reserve the right to ask riders to stop if there are safety concerns or issues.
Chip timing will be provided. Chips are part of the bib.
Riders must wear bib and roll across mat to have time recorded. Bibs and chips do not have to be returned at the end of the ride
